West Seattle Summer Fest 2026
You are all invited to participate. Please check out the details below, and be ready to claim your space. Deb will be posting the display spaces online for sale on Thursday, the 23rd. The link will be posted in this space on the FEED. The folks below have first dibs on a space. If you choose to participate, GREAT! If it is not your thing, that's ok too. Deb will open the opportunity up further on the 25th. So register by the 25th if you are interested.

In purchasing a display space,
you agree to the requests below.
Be able to fulfill the deadlines below.
Be available to sit 2 shifts, plus help with either set up or take down.
(Folks who do not show up for their shifts will have an additional 20% commission taken).
Be willing to promote each other and the studio!

We got double the space!
There will be 4 - 10'x10'spaces (twice as much space as last year)
There will be 12 bays (a zone in the craft fair booth) with three shelves each.
There will be 4 folding tables.
There will not be any split spaces (you fill the full space you purchase yourself)
Your Display Space:
Each space will hold approximately 40 pots, depending largely on size.
Each person may bring two clay boxes of backstock to put under the tables.
Each person is responsible for their own risers and decorations.
RCC will supply table cloths, the booth, & the shelves (3 per person).
RCC will supply a central checkout with bags and card readers.
Working the Fair:
Everyone needs to help with shifts. There will be three people per shift.
Participation Fees:
Participation is a flat fee of $300 (no commission taken).

There are 11 bay shelves, and 3 large tables available to participate in the West Seattle Summerfest! Deb will open the opportunity up to more people outside of this group on the 25th. Register by the 25th if you are interested.

Tenetive Details
Deadlines: If you do not meet these, you forfeit participation in the WSSF with RCC.
Practice Booth Set Up - Monday, June 15th at 10am in the RCC Parking Lot.
Drop-Off Pots Wednesday, July 8th - To participate, your pots must be boxed for car travel and in the RCC building ramp by Wednesday, July 8th, at the end of the day.
Pack cars on Thursday, July 9th - Inventory and Pots Due.

We will get ready by backing the cars together with the booth materials, pots, and other needs.
Set-up Friday, July 10th - We are waiting for our assignment.
Last time it was early at > 8:00am-11:00am.
Fair Hours
Friday, July 10th, 1pm-8pm (7 hours)
Shifts: 1:00pm-3:30pm, 3:00pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-8:00pm
Saturday, July 11th, 10am-8pm (10 hours)
Shifts: 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-8:00pm
Sunday, July 12th, 10am-5pm (7 hours)
Shifts: 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-3:30pm, 3:00pm-5:30pm
Cars may enter at 6pm to pickup packed items.
Take down Sunday July 12th,
